My anticipation for fall brings with it the anticipation for soup season.  While you can of course eat soup all year, there is nothing like enjoying a big bowl of warming soup when the leaves are falling and the air is crisp.  It is good for the soul, and great for your body ips 整容.  You can pack so many delicious and healthy vegetables into a bowl of soup, its awesome.  This roasted eggplant tomato soup is like a gateway soup, it has the soul warming affects of fall, but is packed full of summer flavor.  It will utilize those amazing summer tomatoes and eggplants, while getting you ready for the fall flavors of butternut and pumpkin ips 整容 .  Awe yeah.
